We are so excited that historical romance favorite, Piper Huguley, will be joining us in Atlanta.

She's the author of the uber popular Reconstruction era Home to Milford College series. In 2015  Publisher's Weekly  named her one of the top ten historical romance novelist. She is a 2013 & 2014 Golden Heart finalist for two novels in the Migrations of the Heart series about the Bledsoe sisters and set in the early twentieth century.

Can't wait to invite her to be on a historical romance panel!

The submissions for the 2017 Booklovers Convention in Atlanta are open and we wanted to give you some tips and hints for submitting the best possible proposal (and upping its chances of getting selected).

Last year, we received over nine hundred submissions for approximately 300 slots; this includes everything from morning mixers to reader events to workshops and panels, to evening parties. Our programming is vast and varied and we are always seeking new ways to share information and fun with our convention-goers. So what we are looking for from you, is the panel, party or event YOU want to see on the schedule.

Here are some ideas for making your proposal the best it can be!
